Arriving in Bangkok
How airport pickups work at Suvarnabhumi (BKK) and Don Mueang (DMK), and what you will receive before you travel.

Before you fly
Your booking records your flight number, scheduled landing time and terminal. If your flight changes, tell us and we recheck the timing with the operating company.

When you land
The operating company follows your flight and plans the pickup around the actual landing time. Your waiting allowance is stated in your booking.

Meeting your chauffeur
Your confirmed voucher contains the meeting instructions for your specific terminal and door, along with the driver's contact details. We do not publish a generic meeting point that may not match your arrival.

If something goes wrong
Your voucher includes a support contact. If you cannot find your chauffeur, contact us before making other arrangements so we can resolve it.
