Cancellation policy
The charge structure below is supplied by the owner and configured in owner settings. Until it is set, no cancellation charges are stated or applied.
After confirmation
Once a booking is confirmed, the cancellation terms recorded with your booking apply. Those terms are shown to you before you confirm and are stored with your booking so later changes do not affect it.
Changes and rescheduling
Changes are subject to a fresh availability check with the operating company and may require a revised price which you approve before it applies.
Flight delays
For airport arrivals we plan around your actual landing time within the waiting allowance recorded in your booking.
Pending items
Specific cancellation windows, charges, no-show terms and refund timescales are supplied by the owner before live bookings open.
