Bangkok Luxury Car arranges chauffeur-driven transport performed by approved transport companies. We contract with you for the arrangement of the journey and the price shown or quoted to you.

Terms of service
This page holds the working terms for our booking process. The final legal text is supplied by the owner and edited in owner settings before launch.
Prices and quotes
Airport transfer totals are the amounts we will honour for the journey described, including the mandatory charges configured for that route. Hourly and point-to-point journeys are priced by personalised quote, which states its inclusions and expiry. A price alone does not reserve a vehicle.
Confirmation
A request becomes a reservation only when we confirm it in writing after checking capacity with an approved transport company and satisfying any payment requirement that applies.
Changes
Material changes to a journey, including flight changes, rescheduling and added stops, require a fresh availability check and may require a revised price which you approve before it applies.
Vehicles
Where we promise an exact model we state so. Otherwise an approved vehicle of the stated class is allocated. Substitutions that would change the promised model, capacity or amenities require your approval.
Pending items
Cancellation charges, waiting allowances, liability terms and governing law are supplied by the owner and are not invented here.
