For a journey request we collect your name, email, phone number, journey details, flight number for airport arrivals and any special instructions you give us. We do not ask you to create an account.

Why we collect it
To price your journey, check availability with an approved transport company, confirm your booking and perform the journey.
Who sees it
Before a company accepts a job it sees only what is needed to price and schedule it. After assignment, the operating company and assigned driver see only the details needed to perform your journey.
Access links
Booking status pages and vouchers are opened through unguessable links that can be revoked or expire. A booking reference on its own does not reveal personal information.
Pending items
Retention periods, the data controller's legal details and any analytics or marketing tools in use are supplied by the owner before launch.
